Text Box: Join us this Saturday, May 9th for the 5th Annual GAMA Picnic. The picnic is a perfect way to peel away the stresses of the workweek and relax Austin style– with plenty of sunshine, food, mingling, music and games! For details, please see this flyer. Venue: Elizabeth Milburn Park, 1901 Sun Chase Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613 (map) Date: May 09, 2009 Saturday Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tickets may be purchased in advance from any GAMA director or at the event itself. Pricing is as follows: Family- $20, Couple- $15, Single- $10. Menu shall comprise of Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian dishes such as BBQ Chicken, Chicken Sausages, Jalapeno Kielbasa, Veg Biriyani / Pulao, Pav Bhaji and sides such as Salads, Bread and Rice. Kindly notify your director / webmaster if you require vegetarian or halaal meat so we can arrange for them in advance. This year we are hosting a Sweet Delight Competition to showcase the skills of all the talented Patissiers in our community! Please check the next page for details. We are also holding a food drive for the Salvation Army. If you would like to contribute, please bring non-perishable food items (canned food, rice, pasta, beans, etc.) to the picnic. We are looking forward to see each of you at the picnic next weekend! Please spread the word and make the 2009 picnic the biggest yet!
